About this General Awareness quiz

If you are looking for the latest general awareness questions and answers in one quick, free test, this quiz gives you 15 of them with explanations. It blends the two halves of general awareness and general knowledge that examiners love: stable facts about the Constitution, the economy and national institutions, plus landmark events from recent years such as GST, UPI, Chandrayaan-3, India's G20 summit and the Paris 2024 Olympics.

The questions run from easy to tricky. Some, like India's highest civilian award, are confidence builders; others, like the number of members the President can nominate to the Rajya Sabha, catch even regular quiz players. Every answer has a one- or two-line explanation, so this works as a general awareness quiz with answers rather than a bare list of MCQs.

It suits SSC, banking, railway and state exam aspirants warming up for the general awareness section, as well as college students and anyone who wants to stay sharp. Play once, review the answer key below, then try the related quizzes on polity and history to fill the gaps.

Fun fact: Chandrayaan-3 landed near the Moon's south pole on 23 August 2023, and India now marks that date every year as National Space Day.
