- 56
- 54
- 50
- 58

The average age of 30 students is 14 years. When the teacher's age is included, the average rises by 1 year. What is the teacher's age?
- 44 years
- 46 years
- 45 years
- 31 years

A batsman scores 87 runs in his 17th innings and raises his average by 3. What is his average after the 17th innings?
- 39
